You will submit one evaluation of the course in general, one evaluation for each instructor of the course, and one evaluation for the T.A. These evaluations are voluntary. You do not have to answer all of the evaluations, nor do you have to answer all questions on a particular page.

1. You can only evaluate a course in which you are registered.
2. Your privacy is protected, and your access is granted by a random password.
3. Once you have submitted an evaluation, you will not be permitted to make subsequent submissions of that same evaluation.
